Published in collaboration with Oxford University Press (OUP) for the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), Global Issues: Project Organizer 1 and Project Organizer 2 are an excellent new resource for the MYP.
The Global Issues series is a set of five, write-in project organizers, one for each year of the IB Middle Years Programme. Each project organizer is full colour and contains six units, each with a different theme drawn from the UN Millennium Development Goals and supporting international-mindedness.

 Change to VAT charges
The standard rate of UK value added tax (VAT) was temporarily reduced to 15% on 1 December 2008 but it reverted to 17.5% on 1 January 2010. VAT charges on the IB store relate only to purchases of posters, gift items, CD-ROMs and the schools’ jobs service.
In response to queries from European Union (EU) based customers on VAT charges we would like to confirm that:
• EU customers (outside the UK) can enter a valid VAT registration number and country code in the ordering process to cancel VAT charges on their order.
• UK customers can enter a valid VAT registration number in the ordering process which will appear on the order invoice when it is issued.
