With so many products and publications for the IB programmes on the market, it can be difficult to distinguish which are approved or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate itself. To help you make an informed choice, here are some useful tips.
Official IB products are produced by the IB in Cardiff by IB publishing (formerly the IB publications group) and only these products will carry the IB logo. In addition, when the IB has been involved in the development of a publication it will carry the IB “in cooperation with” logo (as shown). Examples of this are the Course Companion series by Oxford University Press and the IB World Schools Yearbook by John Catt.
Publishers with no connection to the IB should clearly state that their products are “for use with the International Baccalaureate” and will not carry any version of the IB logo. The IB encourages you to use a multiplicity of resources, but we can only guarantee the quality, accuracy and suitability of products in whose production we have been directly involved.
All the proceeds from IB publishing are directly fed back into the IB to support and improve our services to the IB community. Feel free to contact us at sales@ibo.org if you would like to know more.

 Format of publications
In order to save you money on shipping and to reduce the impact on the environment, the IB store will be converting a number of low-demand publications into downloadable PDF files.
In the meantime, some publications will be available in both formats: as a print copy and as a downloadable file.
